'RARE' specializes in serving some of Southern California’s most sought after communities, including Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Lake Sherwood, Calabasas, Camarillo, Simi Valley, Ventura, and Moorpark. My Story
I am a native to the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas. I have been through the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Alumni of WestLake High School 91' and University of California at Santa Barbara UCSB 96'. Go Warriors & Gauchos! My family and I reside in Thousand Oaks, my wife works in the field of Dermatology and my daughter is a freshman at Newbury Park High School. Go Panthers!
Learning the business from the inside out has given me the necessary resources for clients who are selling , buying or investing. This foundation helps to provide clarity in the transaction for all parties involved. My experience includes; residential, commercial and off market properties, marketing, mortgage broker of residential & commercial loans, secondary mortgage market, wholesale lending, loan servicing, default servicing, pre/post sale foreclosure, and Real Estate Owned(REO) portfolio management for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
